An ex libris — Latin for “from the books,” also known as a bookplate — is a printed or hand-engraved label pasted inside the front cover of a book to mark its owner.

Commission a limited edition of custom woodblock ex libris (bookplates), hand-carved and printed on a flatbed press. Each design is created exclusively for you, delivered in a handcrafted presentation box, and you can also acquire the original woodblock.

It usually takes about a month. We begin with a conversation to develop the idea; meanwhile, I prepare the wood and carve the woodblock that will then be printed. Finally, I ship the finished edition anywhere in the world.
